Welcome to the internet Home of the Sundown Saloon Softball team.

In the Tenth Year This organizations long and storied past has its Roots in the Town of Greenwich Connecticut since the Early 80's. Members of this team where the members of the Best 11 and 12 year old Basebell Team ever, in the history of Greenwich. None other then the undefeated 1981 Pizza Post Padres. Fast forward to the early 90's with college out of the way, a Softball team emerged. Formed from a Crew of Local guys that all went to BIG REG along with this skinny kid from Brunswick. Back then we were sponsered by the Horseneck Tavern. After growing frustration with being shut off all the time the Team of course needing to be sponsered by Bar found a temparary home at the StationHouse.

Often at postgame meeting at the club house a split would occur as to whether the team should go one place or another. Wrong we believed, loyalty goes to the sponser, Always. Never leave your wing man Right Maverick? Thats when the Sundown Softball team was formed, when news got out the Sundown Saloon took over for the Legendary Casey's Resturant at the Bottom of Greenwich Ave. If you can say your Photo was on the wall there then you where somebody, best thing was everybody could say that!!!

Ten Years and Dozens of Trophy's later, which are the ones on display to this day. Like a legendary Rock band with a few new faces every year but the song remains the same. the Team Rolls on.
